Tour program
Day 1. The flavors of Tel Aviv’s streets
- Meet your guide at the hotel.
Morning walk through the Carmel Market:
- tasting of fresh fruits and spices,
- famous Israeli shakshuka,
- crispy falafel and sabich.
- Lunch at a local café serving Middle Eastern cuisine.
- Afternoon tasting of street snacks: burekas, yeast pastries, oriental coffee.
- In the evening, dinner at a restaurant overlooking the sea: fresh seafood and wine.
Day 2. The aromas of Levinsky and a gastronomic master class
- Breakfast at the hotel.
Excursion to Levinsky Market:
- spices and olive oil,
- tasting of cheeses, marinades, and Eastern sweets,
- coffee with cardamom.
- Master class on preparing Israeli dishes (hummus, shakshuka, or tabbouleh salad).
- Lunch — tasting of prepared dishes with the group.
- Free time to walk around the city.
- Transfer to the airport / return to the hotel.
